Dorado Capital, LLC (“Dorado”) is a real estate private equity firm located in Austin, Texas. Dorado seeks to acquire real estate investments across Central Texas with an emphasis on urban infill locations. We pursue a mix of undervalued and stabilized assets and seek to employ value-add initiatives within a uniquely disciplined investment approach. We either act as or invest alongside, operating partners whose capabilities within specific asset classes and geographical markets have produced a successful track record. Our ventures include investments in direct property ownership, equity and joint venture partnerships, preferred equity, mezzanine equity, as well as select development opportunities.
Since its' inception in 2018, Dorado Capitals' portfolio and realized investments consist of a diversified mix of real estate assets including retail, office, mixed-use redevelopments, condominium developments, and industrial properties across Central Texas. Dorado Capital is committed to cultivating long-term relationships with our investors and partners.

We favor well-located assets priced below replacement cost in supply-constrained pockets across Austin.

Dorado Capital leverages the team's vast network, expertise, and resources of multiple disciplines to acquire, underwrite, and manage a variety of assets across different property types. Our investments are sourced by our acquisitions team through the formation of new and existing relationships with owners and managers. We make investments that couple long-term value creation with sincere community enhancement. We are constantly searching for investment opportunities that allow us to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns.
